This years Eagles squad made the jump to AA which made the goal of making the state tournament that much more difficult. With only 6 games left in the season the Eagles girls made their run for the playoffs by going 3-1-2 grabbing 8 points and securing their spot in this years state tournament. In those 6 games the Eagles goalies (Shannon Escalante and Sydney Firmin) gave up a grand total of only 4 goals! With such a solid defensive core and solid goaltending the Eagles Girls have high hopes for this years MSGHL State tournament which starts February 26th at the Edge Ice Arena in Littleton Colorado.
