Midget Minor Season Wrap-up

Well the Minor season is over. The outcome was not what the coaches and kids wanted, but the hockey gods went a different way. The Minors finished 14-2-2 in league play.

In the tournement, they had the 'game of the year'. The game with Aspen was tied after regulation. After a ten minute overtime, the five man shoot-out could not decide it either. In the sudden death shoot-out, it went to the 14th kid until Aspen won. The slimmest of margins, you might say. It appeared that the kids were very dissapointed after the season, but they had some good highlights for the inaugural year of Jr. Eagles hockey.
