The Conditioning Camp will consist of both Dryland and
on-ice workouts. Please be sure to be on
time for all scheduled sessions. For
Dryland bring proper clothing (running shoes, shorts, t-shirts). Dryland sessions will take place on the
soccer field next to the rink. Below is
